Please read carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you accept and understand our policy.
Returns, Exchanges or Store Credits:
Cacique Boutique values your satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly give you a refund.
We must receive the item/s within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days the authorization request will be voided and no exchanges, refunds,
store credits will be accepted. All refunds will incur a 5% fee. This takes into account the cost for bank and restocking fees.
For those orders with free shipping, the shipping fee will also be deducted from the refund,(minus -5%, minus -shipping fee
=refund amount).
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who makes excessive returns and exchanges.
In order to receive a refund, store credit or exchanges merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with original ticketing and all tags
attached. Because swimwear is intimate apparel, please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying it on. Swimsuits must have
protective shields intact and must not be removed while trying on. This rule is strictly enforced to comply with federal health regulations
and to protect our merchandise and clents.
Items being returned must be folded properly to avoid damage and be kept in a smoke free environment.
Once we receive your package we reserve the right to inspect and refuse the item. If the item/s have been worn and not in the same
condition in which it was shipped to you. We will send the it back and your credit card will be charged the return shipping fee.
No store credits, exchanges or refunds will be granted to special order items. These are items ordered especially for you.
International Orders:
Cacique Boutique is not responsible and will not pay for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international
shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges prior to purchase. If an item is refused
for delivery by the client for any reason, no refund will be provided for the shipping fees and additional charges will apply.
Returns and Exchange Procedure
Call or email us and we will issue you an Authorization Form, the form will be emailed.
You must pay for the return shipping and insured your package for your protection.
Process of Refund
Refunds usually take between 15-30 business days from the date we receive your item/s. Money will be refunded via the same payment
method used to process your original order.
Sale Items
SALE items are final sales, no returns or exchanges.
