The lines we offer tend to run a bit less moderate and sexier than the lines you see in Major Department Stores. Please pay close attention to
the size charts we have.

site will not be shared, sold or disclosed to third parties in any form, for any purposes, at any time.
Shipping Information:
*Free UPS Ground shipping within the US and on purchases over $150, only for original orders, not on returns or exchanges.
We will not ship to PO Boxes.

Returns, Exchanges or Store Credits:
Cacique Boutique values your satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly give you a refund, we must
receive the item/s within 15 days of delivery. All refunds will incur a 5% fee. Which takes into account the cost for bank and restocking
fees.
**For those orders with free shipping, the shipping fee will also be deducted from the refund (minus -5%, minus -shipping fee =refund amount).**
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who makes excessive returns and exchanges.
In order to receive a refund, store credit or exchanges merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with original ticketing & tags attached.
Swimsuits must have protective shields in place and items must be folded properly to avoid damages.
Once we receive your package we reserve the right to inspect and refuse the item, if it has been worn and or not in the same condition in which it
was shipped to you. We will send the item back, and your credit card will be charged the return shipping fee.
Items being returned should be kept in a smoke free environment.
We must receive the item you are exchanging or returning within 15 days of you having received it. After 15 days the authorization request will be
voided and no exchanges, refunds, store credits will be accepted.
No store credits, exchanges or refunds will be granted to special order items. These are items ordered especially for you.
Items on SALE are final sales. No return or exchanges.
Process of Refund
Refunds usually take between 15-30 business days from the date we receive your item/s. Money will be refunded via the same payment method
used to process your original order.
Returns and Exchange Procedure:
You must first call us and we will issue you an Authorization Form, the form will be emailed to you.
Ship your package prepaid and insured, for your protection.
